These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Megadriod Company (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), governing your access to and use of our platforms, services, training systems, and digital infrastructure.

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- If acting on behalf of an entity, you confirm authority to bind that entity
- Use by minors must be supervised where legally required

- Virtual labs and simulation systems
- Research and innovation platforms
- Enterprise cybersecurity services
- Technology development initiatives
Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You are liable for all activities under your account
- You must report unauthorized access immediately
5. Acceptable Use (Cybersecurity-Specific)
Due to the nature of cybersecurity training, strict usage conditions apply.
You agree NOT to:
- Engage in illegal hacking or cybercrime
- Test or attack systems without authorization
- Exploit vulnerabilities outside controlled environments
- Create or distribute malicious software
- Bypass platform security mechanisms
Violations may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
6. Educational Disclaimer
All training content is provided strictly for educational purposes. The Company does not authorize unlawful application of cybersecurity techniques.
You assume full responsibility for how knowledge gained is used.
7. Intellectual Property
- All platform content remains the property of the Company
- No reproduction or redistribution without permission
- Access does not grant ownership rights
8. Payments and Access
- Access to certain services requires payment
- Payments grant limited, non-transferable rights
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external dependencies.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the platform is subject to our Data Protection Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, processed, and protected.
Compliance Intent: The Company is committed to aligning its data protection practices with internationally recognized standards where applicable, while operating primarily under the legal framework of its jurisdiction.
11. International Use
The platform may be accessed globally. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Where local laws grant additional rights, users may exercise such rights in accordance with those laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity
- Misuse of cybersecurity knowledge
- Security incidents beyond reasonable control
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:

- Your breach of applicable laws

16. Jurisdiction
You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
17. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation where appropriate
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria. Decisions shall be final and binding where applicable.
18. Compliance Positioning and Future Alignment
The Company operates under applicable Nigerian law and continuously evaluates its obligations under international regulatory frameworks.
As operations expand, the Company may implement additional compliance measures, including alignment with:
- International data protection standards
- Regional regulatory frameworks
- Industry-specific compliance requirements
This approach ensures scalability without misrepresentation of current compliance status.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, or regulatory changes.
20. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
